Institut pour l'Etude des Methodes de Direction de l'Entreprise (IMEDE) was a leading business school established in 1957 by Nestlé and situated in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Harry L. Hansen was the dean from 1977 until 1981.[1]
In 1990, IMEDE merged with IMI - International Management Institute, established in 1946 by Alcan in Geneva - to form IMD (International Institute for Management Development).
